Description

The image was drawn directly on four stones and two aluminum plates by the artist using litho crayon and tusche washes. The stones and plates were printed by hand on a direct pressure flatbed press. The cloud shape in 19 of the impressions are lighter than the main edition so these prints were separated into a distinct edition identified with a Roman numeral. Each print is signed and numbered in pencil by the artist. The L.L.W. chop is stamped in the lower left corner. The stones were canceled 5/06/91.
